Return and Exchange Policy

At Monty Custom Jewelry, we are committed to your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please review our updated return and exchange policy below.

Returns

Eligibility:

  • Sterling silver items are eligible for return within 14 days of purchase.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Process:

  1. To begin the return process, please contact our customer service team at info@montycustomjewelry.com
  2. You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to proceed.
  3. Carefully package the item, ensuring the RMA number is included inside the shipment.
  4. Send the package to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Eligibility:

  • Non-custom sterling silver items can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
  • Items must be returned in original, unworn, and unused condition with all packaging and tags intact.

Process:

  1. To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at info@montycustomjewelry.com
  2. You will receive an Exchange Authorization (EA) number along with instructions for return shipping.
  3. Securely package the item, ensuring the EA number is included inside the shipment.
  4. Ship the item to the provided address. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges:

  • After receiving and inspecting the item, we will process the exchange.
  • If the new item is of equal or lesser value, it will be shipped at no additional cost. If it is of greater value, we will contact you to arrange payment of the price difference.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is out of stock, you may choose an alternative item of equal or lesser value.

Custom and Solid Gold Items

  • Custom and solid gold items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • However, we offer a 30-Day Quality Guarantee for custom items. If there are any craftsmanship defects or manufacturing-related breakage within 30 days of receiving your item, we will provide a one-time, free repair.

Important Information

  • Tarnishing: Our return policy does not cover tarnishing, as S925 sterling silver naturally tarnishes over time. Tarnish can be easily cleaned using standard silver-cleaning products.

  • Stolen, Lost, or Intentionally Damaged Items: We do not cover items that are stolen, lost, or intentionally damaged under our return or exchange policy.

  • Policy Abuse: We reserve the right to reject claims if we suspect that the return or exchange policy is being abused.
