Lifetime Warranty
At Monty Custom, all of our products are guaranteed for life. This warranty covers any defects in craftsmanship, including:
- A link accidentally breaking
- A stone falling out
- A clasp no longer functioning
If you experience any of these issues, simply email a photo of the product to our customer service team at Info@montycustomjewelry.com After the photo has been inspected and approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label which costs $24.99. Once we receive the item, we will inform you whether a repair will be made or if a brand-new replacement will be shipped.
Please note, the warranty applies to normal wear and does not cover damage caused by improper handling, exposure to harsh chemicals, or water damage. Unauthorized repairs or modifications will also void the warranty.
Important Information:

Tarnishing: Our lifetime guarantee does not cover tarnishing, as our pieces are made from solid 925 sterling silver. Silver tarnish is a natural occurrence and can be easily cleaned using standard silver cleaning methods.

Stolen, Lost, or Intentionally Damaged Items: The warranty does not cover pieces that are stolen, lost, or damaged intentionally.

Abuse of Guarantee: We reserve the right to reject claims if we determine that the guarantee policy is being abused.

Exclusions and Limitations
This lifetime warranty applies only to non-custom items and does not cover:
- Custom items
- Solid Gold items
- Damage caused by improper handling, chemicals, or water
- Items modified or repaired by unauthorized parties
- Stolen, lost, or intentionally damaged pieces
Custom Item Warranty + Repairs
All custom items from Monty Custom Jewelry are considered final sale purchases. However, we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship, which is why we offer a 30-Day Quality Assurance for all customized pieces. If you encounter any craftsmanship defects or manufacturing-related breakage within 30 days of receiving your item, you are eligible for a complimentary, one-time repair.
This guarantee is void if user damage is present, such as water damage, accidental breakage, or missing stones. Please allow 4-8 weeks from the day we receive your item to complete the repair process.
Beyond the 30-day guarantee period, any further repairable issues will be subject to a $99 repair fee, which applies to both solid gold and sterling silver items. Depending on the severity of the damage, the repair fee may exceed the standard amount. We will notify you if additional charges apply before proceeding with the repair.
Please note, any damage caused by water exposure will automatically void any repair service, and Monty Custom Jewelry will not be able to repair the item.
Solid Gold and Sterling Silver Repairs
We offer repair services for both solid gold and sterling silver items beyond the 30-day quality assurance period. A standard $99 repair fee applies for any future repair needs. This fee covers general repairs, though more complex damage may incur additional costs depending on the nature of the repairs required.
